Data handling

What we store

• Account: your email, plan, plan status, paid-through date, Dodo customer and subscription ids, and whether you opted out of email.
• Audits: the address audited, its status, the findings and, for each page the audit read, its address, status, title, description, headings, word count, response time, language, canonical and robots settings, redirects, a content fingerprint, its list of images and counts of its links. Up to 300 links to other sites are kept with their status. Page text and HTML are not kept.
• Sign-in: one-time codes and links are stored hashed and expire after 15 minutes; the record keeps your email until you delete your account, and the IP address of the request is blanked after 30 days.
• Sessions and ChatGPT tokens, hashed.
• Verified sites: the site name and token.

We do not store card details. Dodo Payments does.

How long we keep it

Reports are deleted 12 months after they finish. Stored IP addresses are blanked after 30 days: the IP of a sign-in request and, for audits run without signing in, the IP of the requester. Signed-in audits store no IP. Rate-limit counters, which include your IP, last 24 hours.

Delete your data

Email sitewalk@adityaarsharma.com from the account address and ask for deletion. If you have a paid Pro subscription, cancel it first.

We delete the account, its audits, verified sites, sign-in records, sessions, ChatGPT tokens and email queue. We keep one record that your address asked for no email, so that the opt-out holds. We do not delete data held by Dodo Payments, which keeps payment records under its own terms. Deletion does not reach copies in server backups.

You can download each report as CSV or PDF. Ask by email for a JSON export of your account, verified sites and audits.
